All my photos - no kits. I had a hard time finding pics I liked on the net w/out copyrights, so I just used my own pics. The lion statue is at the MGM Grand hotel/casino on the Las Vegas Strip. It is huge in real life - glaring off the desert sun in the summer. The palm tree siloette is from my house last week at sunrise. Spike is the king of our personal jungle. The green glob things are young figs - they grow well out here. The pink striped thing is something growing in my brother's garden. I even took photos of some books, because I didn't see any I liked on the net.... So this is my world, my jungle, and my lion - Spike.

I absolutely love this - extremely clever! I'm not a cat person (very allergic) but Spike is an extremely handsome guy! Great job!

@ Carol, just some books lying about - but I bet you have heard of The Beatles and the Titanic - those are table books - big photos and such, and there is a big encyclopedia on cats, I got that one for Keenan. And a big Hot Wheels one I bought for Xander, and there is even one of Cyrus's anima books - a recent Bleach volume - those are from Japan, don't know if kids like em in Australia. The little one on the end is a classic by Robert Heinlein - he wrote sci fi - I love his work, even though most of it was written around the 50's, I think, he accurately predicted our future in many ways - he's got a philosophical thing going - social structures, and a fantastic imagination. Nothing else in there of much interest - Micheal Crighton - his book Prey, thought it was fitting for a lion scrap - love his writting too.

Great imaginitive page, love how you've used all the picture and carefully selected the books! The page has a really good jungle look, too. I like the cat at the top right, the look on his page - I think that's your look - you are very much two people, one coping with everything around you, the other straining to look out and more deeply into other things Great page!
