We've got some news to share - DaisyTrail now has a live chat feature. This links directly to our customer support team and will enable you to talk to an agent to try and solve your issue.

Please bear in mind, if your query relates to Digital Scrapbook Artist, you will be referred to the technical helpdesk for assistance. The live chat feature is for DaisyTrail queries only.

It is also worth mentioning that we will only have one or two agents online at any one time, so please don't inundate them with queries that have already been answered on the forums.

You will be able to chat to an agent when the 'Live Chat Online' image is green. If it says 'Live Chat Offline' there are no agents to take your query, so please contact customer support as normal via email.
