I'm having similar problems just can't seem to get it into DSA have also tried many times.

I think you're probably both experiencing the same issue as Anne referred to here. A '.pack' file is just a '.zip' file with a new extension, and Internet Explorer tries to be helpful by renaming it when you download. Either rename it back again (from *.zip to *.pack) or use a different browser.

Just to make things even more difficult for those of us who want to change filename extensions, the default setting in Windows is for most extensions to be hidden. To fix this, open up an Explorer window, choose 'Tools > Folder Options...' and click on the View tab, and then clear the checkbox for the entry labelled 'Hide extensions for known file types'.

Just in case anyone else has a problem with the ABBIE kit download I have now changed the download link on the 'Just Giving Page - ScrapIt 4 Good!'.....the download file is now a self extracting zip file...the instructions are on the download page!
