Digi stamps with graphics tablet using Craft Artist Pro - Help

Hello to everyone in the Daisy Trail family. I am new to this forum and to Craft Artist Pro. I am trying to get to grips with the software, as well as using a graphics tablet to create digital stamps. I know that the 'standard' for digi stamps is 300 dpi, but does anyone know what page / project size I need to select for the stamp's background when creating a new project (ie A5, card insert etc.). I don't want to end up drawing something good only to realise it is not useable because the page is too large or small etc. Thanks for any suggestions / tips. New things are so scary!!

I THINK what you need to do is use the 'Convert to Bitmap' tool, then File > Export as image, this will give you a screen that let's you select the dpi.
If I am mistaken, someone, please correct me.

Welcome to DaisyTrail, Craftydaffy.

If the size of the background for your digistamp is defined in pixels, you need to work in pixels! Right-click either of the rulers and choose 'Pixels' from the menu which pops up. Now go into Page Setup, scroll all the way down to the Custom category, choose 'Custom' and then enter the required width and height in the boxes on the right. Press 'OK' to close the dialog, and then create your stamp design on the custom page.
