I can't install my CraftArt bacause it ask for the "Product Key" and I don't have it! What should I do???? Help Me!!!!!!

If you bought it in a shop the product key is usually on a label on the box.
If you downloaded it I believe you get an e mail with that info on there?

If you got it by post check the receipt , I bought my CAP cd rom from DT they put on there...

You might also find your Product Key by looking in 'My Account' at the top of the page.
