FUN WITH EFFECTS 3
This weeks challenge is all to do with the cut out studio, take a photo or image of your choice , take it to the cut out studio and work your magic, once back on your page , i would like you to have the image look as if it is coming out of a frame , which as some of you know is called a OOB ( out of bounds)so on your page you must have the following
your OOB ( cut out ) and frame
also the original photo or image and a frame ,
you must use at least 2 brushes of your choice .
and your page must have a title, displayed on the page
the challenge will run until Friday 13th July

One of my favourite pages from this year. I always like the challenge of an OOB. Who would have thought back in rain-soaked July that we would still be suffering from this terrible ceaseless rain....
