Beginners and All - 2
Add an OutlineNOT JUST OUTLINES – STICKERS!
Start a new project with a blank 12x12 scrapbook page. I used mainly the Happy Day Out kit from the DaisyTrail shop but you can use any kit.
I have posted tutorial instructions and a sample page to DaisyTrail, click the link to go to the page:

Your page must contain:
Using a blank 12x12 scrapbook page
Add at least one photo with an outline
Add at least one object with an outline to give a sticker effect
Add at least one word with an outline to give a sticker effect
Outlines don’t have to be white and there is no fixed width – the example page shows outlines from subtle to unreasonable, some letters and a photograph have white and black borders added (the thin black line can be useful where there are a lot of pastels) – instructions in the tutorial.
Drop shadows can be used. In this instance they are not being used to create a shadow but to lift the sticker off the background paper, so just imagine that you are standing at one edge of a paper scrapbook on your table and apply the drop shadow to the closest edge of each object.
You choose the theme and the scene, I shall be looking for the imaginative and attractive use of outlines to make stickers. Pages do not have to be traditional scrapbooks – feel free to do the kind of page you enjoy most.
When you upload your page you can use the Description box on the right to say which digikit you have used and to add any other comments if you want to. Then move down to the “Share” box where you can enter your page into the challenge.
The challenge will run until midnight (UK time) on Monday the 7th May 2012, when I will choose three pages that I think are good examples of the challenge. This is a challenge, not a competition and, as the challenge is open to all whether new or experienced, I try to include a mix of abilities in my three chosen pages. I reserve absolutely the right to run the challenge as I see fit.
Have fun and enjoy!
