DaisyTrail Design Team

Posted: 1st May 2014   Category: DaisyTrail News   By: Amy Lovett

Hi all,

As you might know, in January we put out a design team call to recruit a few members from DaisyTrail to help us make samples for our digikits. Well, we've now got a lovely bunch of ladies together who each will be making samples to be shown on DaisyTrail and Create & Craft TV so we thought we'd introduce our design team to you all.

First up, we have Linda! Linda lives in the North East of England with her husband Rob. She loves pretty much anything craft related - You name it Linda's tried it! Linda especially loves nothing more than organising craft projects to occupy her brood of nine grandchildren on a weekend!

Next up we have Heather, Heather has been digital crafting for over four years now and is not ashamed to admit that she's a CraftArtist Addict! She lives with her husband (also named Rob!), step son Jordan and her zany spaniel named Poppy! Heather's passion for all things craft all stemmed from fond memories of growing up by the seaside in Somerset where her parents owned a craft and model shop!

Yvette is our third member of the team and has been a digital crafter since the early days of Digital Scrapbook Artist, she works as a botanist specializing in the flora of West & Central Africa in West London where she has lived her whole life. Yvette's extremely interesting job has given her the chance to travel to many different countries around the world for further conservation!

The fourth member of our wonderful team is Joanna, Joanna lives in Suffolk with her husband of 35 years and has one son aged 32. She has been crafting for 45 years, her favourite sort of crafts are cross-stitching, knitting, wood craft painting, sewing, scrap booking and card making.

Emma a.k.a The Sparkly Fairy lives on the South Coast of England with her 7 year old son. Emma absolutely loves to craft, crafting most days and in fact can't remember a time where she didn't get creative! Emma enjoys various crafts from digital to stamping!

And finally we have Joanne. She lives in Co. Down, Northern Ireland with her husband of 26 years and 18 year old son. Joanne has a passion for painting especially seascapes, mainly due to her growing up as a fisherman's daughter. Joanne has spent all of her married life working with children that have special educational needs and loves to get crafting with the kids!

Keep an eye out for their beautiful work on DaisyTrail and Facebook!

Thanks,
Amy
